This private 3 bedroom modern House-Cottage is located on Lake
Adirondack. This cottage has knotty-pine walls and ceiling plus all the modern
conveniences of home such as, phone, electric range, toaster, microwave,
refrigerator and heat. The over-all size of the cottage is 21 x 32 with a large
13 x 32 combined living room and kitchen. It has one bathroom with shower
and an outdoor shower. The cottage is located on a completely private Mallard
Point 17-acre lot, which borders over 100,000 acres of state land. It has its
own 600 feet of shoreline and private beach located on Adirondack Cove. The
cottage is situated on a privet knoll approximately 30 feet from the water.

This private 3 bedroom modern Cabin is located on Lake Adirondack approximately 60 feet from the water. This Cabin has knotty-pine walls plus all the modern conveniences of home such as, phone, electric range, toaster, microwave, refrigerator and heat. The over all size of the cabin is 32' x 34' with a large 15' x 24' combined living room and kitchen. With an 8' x 15' screened-in porch over looking the Lake. It has one bathroom with shower and an outdoor shower. The cabin is located on a completely private Mallard Point 17 acre lot, which borders over 100,000 acres of state land. It has its' own 300 feet of shoreline and private sandy beach safe and ideal for children, the water is shallow with no drop-offs.

Mallard Point --Directions PDF
Located two miles from the Hamlet of Indian Lake in the heart of the Adirondacks. Situated in the Adirondack Park, a state park 3 times the size of Yellowstone. In town, one may find grocery stores, laundromat, post office, bank, ATM's, boat marinas, ice-cream parlors, library, gift shops, restaurants, theater, golf courses, barber/beauty salons, churches, museum, and a medical center, etc. Within a 10 mile radius of Indian Lake are found 6 rivers, 9 lakes, 65 ponds, and over 150 streams, as well as the four highest mountains south of Mt. Marcy. We are located two miles off the main highway where you can have peace and quiet. No speedboats or jet skies allowed.

The Spring fed Lake supplies good Northern Pike; Large & Small mouth Bass, Black Bass, Perch, Sunny, Lake Trout, Pickerel and Bullhead fishing. There are picturesque islands and shores of Balsam, Spruce and Birch trees. One of these islands belong to Adirondack Cabin, and is ideal for picnicking and swimming with it's own raft and aluminum ladder.
There are tamed animals such as, native Ducks, Rabbits and Chipmunks all of which can be hand fed. We are sorry but we cannot allow dogs or cats. Wild life lovers can enjoy spotting many different types of animals from loons to blue herons, deer, bear and even the Moose have returned. You may be comforted to know that there are no poisonous snakes in the area.
