The week begins on Saturday at 2:00 P.M. and ends the following Saturday at 9:30 A.M.

A non-refundable donation, paid in advance, will reserve your
week. At least thirty days (30) prior to your arrival the remaining
half and a signed Protection Agreement must be received to confirm
your week. Remember, your week’s reservation can hinder or even
prevent someone else from coming. |

This cabin is privately owned by Evangelism Baptist Retreat and is family oriented. We lend you this cabin
and treat you like one of the family; therefore, we have purposely spent extra time to provide
you with as much information as possible. This will be like owning your own cabin without
all the headaches, extra work, and bills involved. Everyone is expected to act responsibly and
also clean up after themselves. Remember, when you leave another party arrives. However,
the cabin is inspected when a party leaves to make sure it was left appropriately for the next
visitor, and the cleaning lady will do any detail cleaning, but you are to leave the cabin
basically the way it was found upon arrival. No smoking is allowed inside the cabin, (this
includes the porch) for fire safety and consideration of other renters who have allergies and
the after smell. (Please throw extinguished filters in garbage.) You judge us by the way
you find the cabin, we judge you by the way you leave it. Anyone who does not leave the
cabin and area in a suitable condition will not be allowed back.
